STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our website, making a purchase, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.   
2.  User Accounts & Responsibilities

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this site and make purchases.  

      3. Website Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws (including copyright laws), or to transmit any harmful code. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, material that is defamatory, obscene, violent, hateful, discriminatory (especially based on religion), or promotes sexually explicit material.   

      5. Pricing, Payment & Sales Tax

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Full payment is required before products are dispatched.  

      6. Order Acceptance, Processing & Shipping

Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including limiting quantities per person or household. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Once an order is dispatched to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control. Tracking information will be provided.  

     7. Returns & Refunds

Our full Return Policy is available. Generally, you may return eligible items within 10 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Discounted items may be considered final sale. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.  

      8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our website or products shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) in question, or a maximum of $50, whichever is less. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.  

     9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns informally before pursuing legal action.
